ICL Innovation is ICL's technology incubator, an end-to-end eco-system for transforming ideas into successful commercial products. ICL Innovation focuses mainly on high‑risk technologies in the initial stages of development. It has 8 running projects, which are done in collaboration with partners from the academy and/or industry. \
Our Focus
ICL Technology Incubator seeks innovative early-stage technologies, novel materials and cost-effective production processes, suitable for ICL companies to incorporate into their product lines in the areas of Agriculture- commodities and specialty fertilizers, Food Additives, Advanced Additives, Flame Retardants, Biocide, Energy and Specialty Chemicals.
Our interest is mainly in chemical technologies and innovations, that correlate with ICL's core activities, that make use of ICL's primary source materials, and /or that represent ingenious approaches to issues faced by ICL companies

Chemical Research Center in Israel – IMI TAMI – a world-class research institute. Its primary goal is to expand the business of the ICL Group by improving existing chemical production processes and developing new, proprietary chemical compounds having a commercial advantage. IMI TAMI offers research, analytical, testing and consultancy services and can manufacture to requirements in quantities from less than a kilogram to tens of tons. IMI TAMI’s team includes chemists, engineers, microbiologists, and analytical and corrosion chemists.
IMI TAMI’s accumulated expertise are leveraged by ICL and used as a driver for sustainable growth and to create added value for ICL’s customers in its end markets. It also provides a broad range of services, including research and development, production, testing and a very large selection of analyses for customers from the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and environmental quality service industries.
