Community Engagement in Israel
ICL is a part of the fabric of life in the Negev area (southern Israel) where most of its plants are located and where most of its employees live. The company sees itself as an inseparable part of the communities in the Negev and believes that community involvement and encouragement of dialogue related to sustainable development are among its responsibilities to employees and other stakeholders. \
